Thank you Bellmore Dermatology. I have been to multiple derms in NYC, Westchester and Long Island and have never received the attention and care that I always receive at this office. I am a true skin cancer patient with REAL skin problems and feel that every skin check I get is thorough. I never feel rushed and all of my questions are always answered with patience. I am a nurse, and while Dr. Papadopoulos is nice, I agree with a previous reviewer that she is not the best dermatologist. My first visit to her was extremely thorough, but all subsequent visits were not - I have some moles that I had to point out to her, she did not see them during my skin check. She also ordered lab tests that I never went for, and never questioned me about why she never received results from the lab - this is poor follow-up on her part. Dr. Papadopolous is fantastic! One of the nicest Drs Ive seen! I have seen several dermatologists in my life and have not been that impressed. She takes time with you, doesnt rush you. Her staff members are kind and very sweet, not snippy or rough. Beautiful office!
Much Appreciation! I was visiting from FL and had an unexpected medical emergency. Dr. Papadopoulos and her office staff were able to squeeze me in as an emergency appointment. Her staff was very accommodating, her office equipped with the latest technology, and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my well being. (Nice to find in this day and age.) I would recommend her highly to family, friends and colleagues.
Shes nice. Dont get me wrong... shes VERY nice. But she is not the best dermatologist. Due to insurance reasons, I had to leave my preferred Dermatologist, and visited Dr. Papadopoulos on my mothers suggestion. My mother is terrified of all Doctors and would much rather have a quick and painless visit than to have a thorough visit. Dr. Papadopoulos is the "take off your shirt" *quick glance* "do you use sunscreen? See you next time" type of dermatologist. Dr Papadopoulos is an upbeat, talented lady who clearly loves what she does. Ive been to many dermatologists, and shes by far the best one Ive ever had. Keep up the great work! :)
