I never post reviews, but I have been trying to reach someone in this office for two days. Let me explain: I have had two visits with NP, Sally. Both times, she promised to call in prescriptions for me but did not. Worse yet, the staff did not even see documentation in my chart of my plan of treatment. In the first incident she actually called in an injectable medication, when it should have been a topical cream. My last appt was three week ago.... still no prescription.
