Worst experience yet, I have chest pains, dizziness and headache since this morning, came here round 2pm pains got worse began to radiate across my chest and been sitting in the waiting area since. Was told at 5pm I was first/top of the list and nothing it’s 7:45pm. Worst ever and no one is saying what the holdup is here just got you sitting and in pain. I went to the emergency room for a tetanus shot because I stepped on a rusty nail. The reception desk was competently run, and I didn’t have a lot of paperwork to complete. When I received my prescription, the Physician’s Assistant told me of a rare side effect that would be exacerbated by physical activity. If she hadn’t, I could have ended up rupturing a tendon. I really appreciated her attentiveness to detail.
Worst hospital ever took 2 hours to get called just to take my name and tell me to go sit where i was .. They have a waiting room that doesnt even have windows its really depressing. Staff are disrespectful. All of them. Not proffesionnal at all. I would recomend adventist hospital. Im leaving this place now this is ridiculous.
