Super clean & nice shop! Piercing process was done in less than 15 minutes to get my belly button re pierced.
attitude, unprofessional, mean. we went in two days ago to get me and my daughters helix done. the first time they said i needed a paper copy of my daughters birth certificate. weird bcs who brings birth certificate to the beach/boardwalk. they then lied and said it was a county law, its not. two days later we came back with a paper copy of her birth certificate, and the lady was rude and had an attitude the whole time. told us we needed a original copy and not js a paper copy. she told us no other lady told us we needed a c... read more
I recently went here to get my septum pierced because I was eager to get one and let me tell you, one of the best places to get it done! It came out perfect and not crooked, fast and easy procedure with minimal pain! I absolutely love the style of the shop and the people there, the lady at the front was very nice and even helped picked out what would look best for me! Definitely come here if you’re looked to get some new piercings!
Over all rude staff. The selection of piercings they had were terrible. Very disappointed.
I made an appointment for a belly piercing at 12pm, when I got there AT 12 they were closed? When I finally received a call back the person I spoke to said they got “stuck in traffic” and offered no apology. There were issues booking my appointment and I never got any confirmation text or email as specified on the website. The piercing itself went well with no issues, but I did not receive any aftercare instructions whatsoever. Overall the people there were rude and I did not have a good experience.
