We are past renters from Dimensions and found them to be very accommodating and professional. Bernard and Dana we our property manager and they were great! We now own but would recommend them to anyone.
We had rats so I called the maintenance department of course and it took a week and a half for them to respond and take action and that was only for the exterior of the property not in the unit. Before we called and we had ants and they were out here the very next day taking care of the problem. This is a second rate company is very unprofessional and don’t care about their tenants.
