Core, flow and legs class is amazing!! I always get a good workout and she switches it up every class.

Dimensional Fitness Concepts is an excellent gym! The trainers are super friendly, knowledgeable and know how to help you reach your goals. The gym is very clean with lots of equipment. I highly recommend this gym!
Camden at Dimensional Fitness Concepts has been incredible to work with. After my hysterectomy, I was looking for someone who could help me rebuild strength and feel confident in my body again—and Camden delivered. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and knows how to push you without overdoing it. I always feel safe, challenged, and seen in our sessions. The gym is never overcrowded and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend DFC!
I love this place! It’s friendly and has a laid-back atmosphere with knowledgeable and professional trainers. I look forward to my sessions every week and would recommend it to anyone looking for personal training!
