My husband was sent to Eastern dental because Toms River family dental was closed during covid-19 for a tooth pulling. We paid cash and told them not to put it through our insurAnce since he was having so much other work done. Well of course they took our $97.00 and processed it through our insurance and got another $105😡. Of course when I ask at the dentist office they know nothing and tell me to call dimensional dental. Only problem with that is you just get voicemail and no one ever calls back.
Dimensional dental is NOT OWNED BY DENTISTS OR DOCTORS OR ANY QUALIFIED PERSONEL IN THE FIELD OR KNOWLEDGE OF DENTISTRY. DIMENSIONAL DENTAL IS RUN BY DIMENTIONAL PEOPLE. WHO BUY OUT DENTAL PRACTICES, TURNING THEM INTO CASH COW OFFICES. THERE IS NEVER A BOSS OR QUALIFIED DENTAL MANAGER IN ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATED DENTAL OFFICES.
