I have used this company almost exclusively since buying my fixer upper. Trust me, when renovating a home, it's not like HGTV where a wave of a wand and one commercial later everything is fixed. These professionals walked me through each part of our projects and have been more than accommodating with changes and unplanned projects. Also, being licensed in hazardous waste abatement is a big deal once people start digging into an old house. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my house.
Exceptional honest information. Although I wasn't able to go forward with the original concept idea I had for an investment property that's tied up in a trust. I am most thankful for the opportunity I had in meeting with Ishita who provided me with much needed information that ended up saving me from making a 100k mistake. I look forward to working with Dimension on my next project with my own home.
Dimension saved the day!! I had a shabby job being done by another construction company and I called Dimension to give me an estimate on would it would take to finish the job but also fix the other work that was done. Ishita was so wonderful from the very first conversation and sent me Mark and Mike over to give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable and they comunicated with me every step of the way. The work was awesome and I would recommend them to everyone.
Had a great experience with Dimension. Their work was maticulous and clean. Their prices were very reasonable. About 15% less then what a local competitor was charging me.
