I have been renting this apartment since June it is now 5 months later December will be 6 months that I have not had my bedroom window opened as it is stuck shut! I brought this to the attention of the receptionist Diane and obviously it's not her window she does not give a s***! Found out recently fire safety law...all apartments must have operable windows and doors all exits must be clear for fire hazards! And all windows must have screens!!
