Update from previous review 2/21/23 I have since been in contact with Donna (the owner), who offered me another appointment. I was very pleased with the service I received today. Donna listened to what I wanted and gave advice. She refunded the money for the hair product that didn't work for me and gave me a free sample of another one to try. I love the highlighting colour and I'll book in again to see Donna. The vibe in the salon today was really nice. Five stars! Thanks, Donna.
I booked over 4 weeks in advance for a cut and colour with Donna; 48 hours before my appointment, it was cancelled. I was offered no alternative appointment. After three further phone calls and talking to the manager, I was offered a cut with Sarah, but not a colour. I asked Sarah to follow the previous cut. She didn't and my hair lost all its curls.
