When I first reached out to them I was a little annoyed with some challenges I was having. She was very patient with my initial moodiness and then later with my indecisiveness. I’m pretty sure she works 24/7, though, because she answers so quickly and at all times of the day. I hope you get some days off soon, Shannon 😊 And thank you again!
Even with Covid and the demonstrations that disrupted their production, Stephanie and the team at Dimend SCAASI were incredible to work with and made everything easy for me. They were able to get the ring to me in a tight time crunch due to the demonstrations and it was even better than I had hoped for.
Beyond impressed with business, especially Shannon who assisted us in creating the perfect ring. We were never pressured, rushed or made to feel uncomfortable like other jewelry stores we looked at. Quick service and extremely knowledgeable staff! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Really bad quality and service. Awful feedbacks from the owner. Diamond falling out few weeks after purchasing it. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
highly recommended! Everyone was so friendly and I got an amazing price on a beautiful non-conflict diamond engagement ring appraised by a 3rd party for almost double what I originally paid for the ring.
