Didn’t receive 2 out 3 products we ordered. I was basically told by their apathetic “customer service” rep nothing could be done. They will be hearing from my legal team soon, but hate that I have to pay them to try and get the products we spent thousands on. Really unfortunate and buyer be ware. I have been a client of Dime Water for over ten years and have consistently been impressed with the quality and timeliness of their services. Their team consistently demonstrates professionalism, and I have never experienced any wait times or inconsistencies when contacting them. They are a friendly and wonderful company to work with.

REALLY BAD SERVICE DIANE IS VERY RUDE TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A GOOD ACCENT IN ENGLISH AND GREETINGS AND DOES NOT RETURN THE GREETINGS SHE IS AN AUGHTY AND MISEDUCED PERSON HAS NO TACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I THINK SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THAT WORKPLACE, IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, DON'T DO IT, FIND SOMETHING ELSE OR STAY AT HOME.
