This company has great customer service and goes above and beyond being helpful. Anytime my husband has an issue or questions Mike is always quick at responding and offering a solution. They really care about their customers and offer a great product and great service. We truly appreciate their small business. Highly recommend this company.
WE Love working with Dime Water Company, and have since 2015. Each time we have moved we put in a new Whole House System and we continue to enjoy CLEAN water for drinking and showering. Would highly recommend them!
Didn’t receive 2 out 3 products we ordered. I was basically told by their apathetic “customer service” rep nothing could be done. They will be hearing from my legal team soon, but hate that I have to pay them to try and get the products we spent thousands on. Really unfortunate and buyer be ware. Their team consistently demonstrates professionalism, and I have never experienced any wait times or inconsistencies when contacting them. They are a friendly and wonderful company to work with.
