I purchased our engagement ring back in 2020 and I just recently thought I should leave a review. How rude! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Dime and Regal. Literally at every step, they have been so amazing to us. Highly highly recommend.

I designed a ring with the team and had an amazing experience! They are friendly, creative, reasonably priced, and fast! I also got a ring resized and same experience - great communication and customer service. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Literally left a local well-known jeweler where I’d previously had custom pieces made and drove straight to D&R b/c a good friend had recommended them as a women-owned small business and it was omw home lol! I had been treated poorly (picture the shopping scene from Pretty Woman!! Eew! ) AND my jewelry repair order was not even fixed at the last jeweler.
