I love working with the ladies of Dime and Regal. No matter the size of my purchase (and they aren’t extravagant!) they always make me feel Iike the most important customer they’ve had in all day.
The wedding band is so amazing! And it looks just like the picture when we custom created it. The ladies there were so helpful and knew so much. Will definitely be back for more beautiful things to purchase.
So happy with my experience here! My husband and I make a trip to Grand Rapids about once a year and this year it coincided with my graduation from a master's certificate program so I knew I wanted to shop for a piece of jewelry to commemorate. Always a great experience. I’ve gone in multiple times recently for the resizing of my engagement ring and my partner’s wedding band. They made us feel welcome and that it was ok we didn’t know much about anything. They are gracious, kind, and skilled! They have gorgeous jewelry with many affordable everyday pieces. Dime & regal is the best jewelry store in GR! They are so friendly and wonderful to work with! I had a slight vision for designing my wedding band and they made it come to life! They found ways to work within our budget while giving us exactly what we wanted! I couldn’t recommend them more! Rebekah is amazing <3
