Terrible customer service. Probably the worst I've ever experienced! I've complained more than once and nothing changes. I suppose it's time to switch banks to one that actually appreciates their clients!
TDLR: They had a great staff they was able to help me through a compicated bank issue. I would like to thank them for their help and a beautiful bank location. I had a very difficult issue regarding my father who passed away and a bank account under a buisness. and after months of tryig to get it settled there was only deadends and then possibly having to go back to the governement and getting another letter.
