STEER CLEAR OF DIMATIC! Terrible experience with this company. They visited our property and said they could fix the split unit, they just had to order a part. I didn't hear back so I called them. They said they'd contact the supplier again. I didn't hear back, so I've been calling and texting and they've been ghosting me. I asked them for the part number so I could track it down myself, still no answer. The least they could do is pick up the phone or text me back.

Sheldon is heaven-sent. When temperatures dropped to 8 degrees (and felt below zero), my elderly parents were left with no heat. He showed up when others could not, got everything working, and treated them with real care and urgency. On top of that, his price was affordable, which honestly felt like mercy because they do not have a lot. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had a heating issue for 5 days now, and no one could diagnose what the issue was. Sheldon from Dimatic Control came and was able discern the problem and fix it in short order. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided great service for a fair price. I wouldn't even go with any other HVAC company, just go with Dimatic Control.
