Unfortunately, I have had more than my share of unreliable contractors since my husband passed away 11 years ago. Fortunately, I can attest to the fact that this company is reliable, conscientious and fair. I highly recommend DiMarco & Associates for any heating and air conditioning purchases and/or repairs.
Dimarco is truly an expert when it comes to high-velocity Unico systems. I had a very hard time finding the right company—several others gave up, made wrong recommendations, or tried to sell me unnecessary components like blowers or condensers. One well-known company with yellow trucks even attempted the job but became completely overwhelmed and walked away. When I moved into my home, the Unico unit was oversized for the existing ductwork. Outstanding service call today. James and Hank called ahead of arrival. Evaluated and successfully managed split system heat failure and central HVAC heat failure quickly and efficiently. Very resourceful. Pleasant to work with. Explained problems and solutions. Got the job done. No mess. No problem. Couldn’t ask for better than that. And they stayed until work was complete. Nicely done.
Quick response on a humid and hot Summer Saturday. Technician was friendly and was able to determine the problem after just a few minutes. He had the necessary parts available in his truck and fixed our AC in about an hour. My wife and I could not be happier with Mike’s service.
