11/10 experience. We had a unique situation come up and everyone from the after hours manager to the owner to everyone in between was BEYOND helpful and came out to help us as quick as they could (which was quick)!! Gave us the peace of mind we needed and we’re very grateful.
I was referred to this company by my brother who got a new furnace and AC. I also got a new furnace and AC through this company and they were very efficent! I got scheduled very quickly, everyone in and out all day was very nice, put sheets down throughout my house, and had good communnication with me throughout the whole process. They cleaned up after themselves very well, and they showed me how to work everything prior to leaving. Great company and would highly recommend!
I would strongly advise anyone considering Di Marco and Associates to look elsewhere. If you value your time, your job, or your sanity, this is not the company for you. My experience with them was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and poor communication. They pinpointed the problem which did NOT cost $10k to fix. The advice they gave me was correct and my furnace was back on within 48 hours. I will call on them again.
