I would strongly advise anyone considering Di Marco and Associates to look elsewhere. If you value your time, your job, or your sanity, this is not the company for you. My experience with them was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and poor communication. I initially reached out for air balancing expertise on February 10th, 2026 and was scheduled for March 3rd, 2026. I took time off work to be home for the appointment. No one showed up. They pinpointed the problem which did NOT cost $10k to fix. The advice they gave me was correct and my furnace was back on within 48 hours. I will call on them again.

I’m in my late 40s, and I remember growing up when my parents *had* a plumber, an electrician, an HVAC guy. You didn’t chase coupons—you built a relationship with a company and were treated fairly in return. I adopted that same mindset and stayed with the same contractors for over 25 years, so when some retired, it was genuinely bittersweet. Horrible! 2 hours late to appointment. Told me i needed to replace a motor in the furnace (amazon $100) for $950...charged me $170 for doing absolutely nothing while on the phone the entire time. After Leaving I did my own research..added a little wd40..Fixed it myself. Such a Scam.
