Horrible! 2 hours late to appointment. Told me i needed to replace a motor in the furnace (amazon $100) for $950...charged me $170 for doing absolutely nothing while on the phone the entire time. After Leaving I did my own research..added a little wd40..Fixed it myself. Such a Scam.
