I recently wrote a detailed, glowing review after my DiMarco HVAC installation last Fall! I'm now in the maintenance phase, & extremely pleased with the exemplary service provided by DiMarco & Assoc. Courtney, who set up my maintenance appts & answers a LOT of phone calls, is WONDERFUL! She couldn't be more pleasant, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, & professional! Sam was very helpful! Was quick and fixed all of my issues. Answered all of my concerns
Hats off to John and the service team who went above and beyond to fix an issue with our AC on a hot and humid summer day. They had a busy service schedule however they accommodated us with a same day service call and went the extra mile to locate a replacement capacitor. Our system was back online same day thanks to John and his professionalism and customer service. Thank you!
11/10 experience. We had a unique situation come up and everyone from the after hours manager to the owner to everyone in between was BEYOND helpful and came out to help us as quick as they could (which was quick)!! Gave us the peace of mind we needed and we’re very grateful.
