The market right now is a little bit tricky and they worked really hard to ensure the house sold. I was also buying another house out of state, so had that added pressure. As Realtors they are fab!

Debbi and Adam are amazing. With the proper marketing, we received three offers in three days and since Debbi was representing a buyer, we only dealt with Adam. Adam advised us to take an offer that was not Debbi's because it was initially stronger. That is some serious ethics! With Adam's help we countered Debbi's offer and got it up above all the others and got her to remove the appraisal contingency. She won and we won.
