Dr. Ngu is the most understanding, empathetic, supportive psychiatrist I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable in all age groups of psychiatry. Anytime I have a question I submit it to the patient portal and her response time is lightning fast compared to other doctors I’ve had. Having a psychiatrist that actually listens and cares about what you’re feeling is crucial to patient compliance. I’m beyond grateful to have Dr. Ngu as part of my support system.
Dr Ngu has practically been my lord & savior! I’ve been seeing her for about 4 months now. I came to her with severe bipolar disorder, severe anxiety & panic, and psychosis. She was able to get me stable so quickly and my quality of life has DRASTICALLY changed. She is so extremely smart and knowledgeable and I trust her 100%.
