The Lady that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Very nasty attitude and a horrible reflection of how any business should allow their employees to treat anyone that calls for any reason.

As a management company they need to be aware of what is happening at their properties. The office manager should not have free range to do whatever it is she pleases, actions being legal or not. If you are videotaping people then you should have knowledge of both the activity as well as if consent was given. I was appalled when I found out that my family, friends as well as myself were being videotaped, but when the management company tells me they have no knowledge of it that is even scarier.
