Montgomery Mall is a shadow of its former self these days. The food court, once bustling with countless options, is now down to just two stalls. One of the survivors is Dilshad Halal Cuisine, a food-cart-style spot serving chicken over rice, samosas, french fries, and similar fare. I've been there twice in recent months.
