I have been with Dilmak since I bought my home. From routine maintenance to parts replacement. Last week my unit kicked the bucket which I knew was coming due to the age of the unit, and issues I started having. Sandi was wonderful explaining my options and walking me through the estimate. The finance piece was a breeze. My unit went out on Thursday and Derek (the technician) was at my house Saturday morning. Derek is thorough and informative. My issue was fixed pretty much immediately. The technician was amazing and courteous. All in all a great company I will continue to work with
Poor customer service and overpriced maintenance visits. Immediately ended my services with Dilmak permanently
