What a great experience I had with them! First of all I am not a regular customer as we use the military base for most of our pets needs but my dog was limping! I called in the morning and Mikki was super nice, got me an appointment at noon and I did not have to pay an extra charge. Mikki was so great when I checked in too and they got me in pretty quick, Julia my tech as nice also, she did recommend some extra services but did not push them ( we are poor). I never had to go to a veterinarian before and my 1st visit to the clinic was awesome. The staff took the time to answer any questions Dave and I had, handled Violet with care and love. The atmosphere was beyond my expectations, very friendly and courteous staff.
Never been there before as soon as I walked in the door Violet was welcome and Paula and me also from mikki and Debbie up front dr. Pryor and his assistant very professional friendly courteous stress free environment for both puppy dogs and Paula and I absolutely fantastic
Dr. Amber, Dr. Pryor, Dr. Hlatky, and Sharon are great. Reception people not so much in the last couple months.
Dr Pryor is super nice! And Julia was a very sweet tech. They both took their time with us on our kittens first visit & were thorough & caring!
