Just moved here recently. It's nice, clean, quiet and the property manager swiftly handles any issues. Great place to live. Feels safe. During the snowstorm they made sure to salt everyone's walk ways and made sure the parking lot got snow plowed. Very considerate.
It's quiet, the units are lovely and newly updated. The property manager and maintenance man are both excellent, handling any and all issues promptly. Kathryn was wonderful to work with in the leasing office, everything was a breeze. It's a breathe of fresh air out here.
It’s a quiet place to live so far… Neighbors seem friendly! The manager to the office made the Christmas promotion so simple and easy and the moving in after the lease was signed a breeze!!! I would give more stores if I knew more about the complex. Also have a playground that made my niece feel comfortable even by herself.
Dillsboro townhouses is a beautiful place!!! Just signed my lease and the process was so easy!!! I really recommend for someone to make it their home
We currently just moved in and I’ll tell you the changes that have been made since new management has taken over is like a night and day difference. The office manager is very personable, the apartments are newly renovated, and they have great deposit specials!
