I went to Dillions to get my mother sone foods she could easily eat with her dementia. One of them was pita bread pieces. Travis in the Deli asked if I needed any help. To my suprise he said let me go to the freezer and get some for you. That is customer service. He had no idea how important it was that I was purchasing that particular product. He should be a positive lesson for all other employees. Great job Travis!!!
Worst pharmacy ive ever used in 61 years. Doctor called a REFILL .and they filled it 4 times prior. Today her excuse for never filling it or even calling me AGAIN to ask about an allergy that we have addressed every single time.. No consideration or concern for a suffering patient. Obviously TYLENOL 3 IS FOR PAIN I AM TERMINAL AND PRETTY SURE NOONE CARES I JAVE AN ALLERGY.. I HAVE A DOCTOR NOT YOUR JOB TO STOP ANY PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT CONSULTING PATIENT OR DOCTOR!! WORST PHARMACY EVER
The pharmacist wasn't helping me because she wouldn't let me finish telling her what the problem was which I believe is on their system. I was looking at the prescription and it showed when the script was dispensed. I was told I was wrong or mistaken their system showed a much later date. This is a blood thinner so I'm not getting high on this. She yelled at me and told me l was on auto refill which I am not! Their system could not possibly be in error,BS
