A small issue was turned into a slightly larger issue because the employee that was fulfilling my pharmacy order was overly defensive and reactive when I simply tried to verify that he had read my script correctly. In the first place, if the substitution was not going to work, I would have appreciated knowing up front. They should have checked that initially, eliminating the need for a switcharoo. Super slow but love that they are one of the only pharmacy’s open on weekends now.
Very helpful and proffesional, always ready to explain details about vaccines or new medicines. Staff always very friendly and patience.
