Love this Dillon’s! Large selection, great customer service.
A small issue was turned into a slightly larger issue because the employee that was fulfilling my pharmacy order was overly defensive and reactive when I simply tried to verify that he had read my script correctly. In the first place, if the substitution was not going to work, I would have appreciated knowing up front. They should have checked that initially, eliminating the need for a switcharoo.
