I’m always treated kindly and I’ve had more education from pharmacists than I’ve had at other pharmacies. Really pleased
This Dillons Pharmacy has been terrible for someone with allergies. The cashier staff are very pleasant. The pharmacists are largely unhelpful or rude. I've been going to Dillons for my prescriptions for two years now and they cannot seem to grasp the concept of allergies at all. I had issues with them giving me medications with lactose in it multiple times now. The first time, I found out that having a "dairy" allergy does not flag for lactose and they were giving me medication with lactose in it. The second time, I was ext... read more

Love this Dillon’s! Large selection, great customer service.
A small issue was turned into a slightly larger issue because the employee that was fulfilling my pharmacy order was overly defensive and reactive when I simply tried to verify that he had read my script correctly. In the first place, if the substitution was not going to work, I would have appreciated knowing up front. They should have checked that initially, eliminating the need for a switcharoo.
