Order almost 1 week and I come pick up 2 time yesterday and today. But they still not done my ordered. And just telling me still working. And they don't tell me how long.
You should train your pharmacy techs on how insurance works. Do not attempt to get your vaccinations here, they will do anything not to do it. The tech kept telling me my medical insurance card was my “vision” insurance. For 1. I don’t carry vision insurance and 2. My card clearly says “blue cross blue shield medical plan” She wouldn’t even put my information in the system. The worst experience.
Where’s the lunchly?
Aside from the pharmacist being snarky and condescending the pharmacy techs have absolutely no manners or empathy whatsoever. Laughing at someone because there is an issue with their script and they cannot get it filled is disgusting. Modern medicine is complete trash
