I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me on Monday evening in the self check out, but I wanted to give him a shout out for jumping to help when my bag of groceries broke and fell all over the floor. I had a rough day and his kindness and quiet empathy was so very much appreciated.
The difference in the cakes are awful. You did nothing that I asked and I have NO time To get a refund or a new one. Last time I give you my business for bakery needs. This is so sad and disappointing for my daughters birthday party....
Fresh food always clean store, friendly staff, I don't have to self check out, groceries are bagged nicely and carried out if I have a cartful.

RecommendedJust want to give a shout out to the bakery manager at 135th and Maple, Debbie Parcell, for an excellent customer service experience!! I ordered a cake from a big box retailer last week. It was for a retirement party for a dear coworker. When I picked it up at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon, it looked awful (crooked handwriting, tons of empty white space, and nothing like the picture or discussion that I had with the bakery employee who took my order). The scan and go has got to go, the store layout makes absolutely no sense, and this store is so short-handed because they are replacing people wirh profits. Bye-bye Dillons. Between my groceries, fuel, and pharmacy costs, Dillons is losing $1200 per month from this family of 5.
Checker, Bryce, yesterday got upset with me that I told him that tossing (throwing ) my bananas way down the counter for the young man to bag will bruise them ! I pick out just the right ones, This morning they ARE ALL brown ! �....he needs to slow down, throwing everything FAST.....our first time at this Dillons
