I am so disappointed in my experience. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for our boss because it is Nurses week and she deserves to be thanked. I chose a bouquet of flowers that looked very pretty online. When it got here it was awful. They look half dead and are in an oversized vase not arranged at all. They clearly sell you low quality (or dead) flowers while charging full price. Husband bought me flowers for Valentine's day, and of course they were not cheap. A dozen closed roses and 6 closed Lilies. A week later, the Lilies are beautiful. Smell great, and opening full blossom. The roses on the other hand are completely dead. Have looked terrible since day one, and clearly have been completely dead the entire time, just frozen. They never opened, brown and rotting, and crunchy leaves falling off everywhere. The roses my wife received were nice but we only got half what we paid for bc they were out... still charged full price though.
