Office staff is the worse you will deal with . I had a issue with them dropping my son for missed appointments. They never called to remind him. I grant that ultimately he should mark it down to. They refused to forgive this and dropped him as a patient. This has happen before they put wrong time on cad and when I showed up they told me I was late.
