Intake appointment was traumatic and that's putting it lightly. Filed a formal complaint and did not return.
Very caring doctor. Really good at putting the patient at ease. Insightful and intelligent. Highly recommend. He focuses on helping you get better and does not push drugs like most psychiatrists in Richland.
We live 45 min away and are always 10 minutes early. Every appointment they bill us for a full hour but we only get 40 min with Dr. Dillon because they use 20 min to take vitals. I asked if we could come 20 min early to get vitals before apt and was told no. I called our insurance, they said we should be getting the whole hour with Dr. Dillon. I called and told them this, 1 week later they sent us a cancellation letter in the mail. If you want what you pay for, go somewhere else!
