Surgery went well everyone was professional Now for billing, Sarah Schlegel was a huge help from having me use my checking account instead of a CC. Today, a gal named Nikki called to tell me that my payment plan has somehow lost my checking info and that I MUST use a CC. She was very insisting about using a CC and wasn’t very nice about it, only nice to tell me my balance has been reduced.
