My handicapped friend doesn't drive, so I took Brenda to my W. Central Dillons for milk, but she ended up with a big cart. Payment with Brenda's vision card was denied by the cashier, due to a card defect. Other Dillons had accepted the Vision card. Humiliated, in front of a long line Brenda had to pick thru her cart to get what she could. Many items had to be restocked. The cashier was rude & unprofessional humiliating a handicapped customer. I don't care to ever return to this Dillons.
It has always been my favorite store, but with the addition of ClickList,....I am beyond in love!!
