RecommendedHave had my Dillon 550 since December, 1987. Recently had some primer feed issues. Contacted Dillon customer support via their website asking for suggestions on how to resolve my issue. They Immediately responded with replacement parts to help resolve my primer issue. This is world-class customer support as it has been the past 32 years of being a customer. I highly recommend Dillon for their quality products as well as their "after the sale" customer support.

RecommendedService! Broke the crank on my 550 last Thursday. Called Dillon. They sent out a new crank and alignment tool immediately. Got it today (Monday). Disassembly, clean, reassemble. Back in business in less than 2 hours. Gotta love Dillon.😍
