I've used them over a half-dozen times. They will respond quickly Monday-Friday only, and the repair cost is average, their knowledge and expertise is fair to average. Also, WHEN you need a warranty call, don't bother. Half of all my repairs failed within a year, they will charge you to come and fix it, replace it again, or recommend you call an expert. I'd just call an expert to begin with if I were you.
