totally incompetent.
Dr. Kayser is very relaxed and attentive to my medical needs. He always makes sure I have enough medication moving forward and is easy to talk to, very friendly.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I left a message about a week ago about concerning symptoms from a new medication, asking for a call with Dillon. I know he’s not too busy for me because he has hardly any clients. Only literally a day ago received a text from his assistant asking for my symptoms to which she responded “I’ll forward him the message.” God forbid a patient of his has even more dangerous symptoms and gets seriously hurt because of his lack of urgency and response. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. He does not know how to work with different types of patients. Not all patients are the same. I told him that my daughter did not want to talk, but she needed his help. I assumed being a psychiatrist, he would have ways of actually getting to know her instead of pushing and pressing her out of the gate. Worries about his own feelings rather than his patients. Last time I checked you should be well equipped to handle people having mental episodes in your office.
