They listened carefully to our needs and wants and were extremely helpful offering attention to detail and referrals for resources where needed. We appreciated their timely responses to accommodate us in this demanding and busy real estate market. Brandon and Missy make a a skillful negotiating team and we are grateful for their assistance in securing the ideal house for us and our family.
I wouldn’t necessarily call it my “favorite” part of the sales transaction however it is what I am most grateful. The realtor team identified contractors that were able to complete the complicated repairs required for the house to pass the county Occupancy Permit. This issue came up days before we were departing for a “bucket list” vacation from which we were returning the day before closing.
