What a joke!!! Checked in at midnight for a 01:30 am appointment, gentleman in the office told me I was a bit early and they would call me with a door... Waited for 3 and 1/2 hours, still no phone call. Walked to the office and asked if they forgot about me. the lady with the septum spike said I am supposed to be in door 96. I asked why didn't I get a phone call? She said please slide your tandoms, open your doors and back into door 96. So I walked back to the truck and did so. This place is a joke, my apt time was 10 pm, I Checked at 930, it is now 330 am they still have not even started unloading, worst part is I only have 1 half pallet, again, 1 pallets. Should take 5 minutes to take off 1 pallet, but I've been waiting for 6 hours so far. I went in to check what's going on, made sure they knew it was only 1 half pallet, they said there working on it.... I don't think so... stay away from this place if u can, no over night parking, no close place to park, loves next door has small lot all filled ... read more
Easy to find, both guards were polite and helpful. Receiving has different hrs than shipping. Don’t miss your appointment or you will have to reschedule. These guys are pretty quick to get you unloaded I’m not sure how it is for loading. Don’t mind coming here. No overnight parking but there are T/S close by. One way in and go out a different gate there are signs pointing to exit. Docs are easy to get in
It wasn't bad; I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was assigned a door right away. 45 minutes later, I was empty.
