I had an urgent dental issue and wasn’t able to chew on the left side of my mouth due to a painful toothache. From the moment I arrived, the team was exceptionally welcoming. The reception area felt warm and inviting, and Joanne, the secretary, was especially kind and helpful — she walked me through the check-in process with genuine care. I've seen Dr. Dillon for the past few years, and every time he/his staff has been exceptional. But a MAJOR thank you is needed for my most recent visit - on Thanksgiving Day (!!!). I needed an emergency appointment for my broken tooth, and he arranged for me to come in at 8:30am. Beyond grateful for Dr. Dillon's responsiveness and willingness on a holiday to help me. 10/10!
This place needs 100 stars I'm beyond happy how the the services are here Ilona took me back she also was very kind! no long wait time Joanne was extremely sweet towards me!! Great family dentist as a first time visitor. Dillon is very knowledgeable and honest which gives me the sense of trust I’m looking for in a dentist. Where I was previously going for a dentist was not patient-focused but ran like a chain business. Previous dentist was constantly upselling me on all kinds of dental work and wasn’t giving the personal care I would like. I’m glad I found better care with Dillon.
