Mr. Xu and his staff were very professional and prompt-responded. They fixed our AC issue quickly with reasonable charge. Honest and professional contractors like them are hard to find now-a-day!
AC broke at my house when the heat was over 100 degrees outside. John responded to my call quickly and came over to the house same day in the afternoon. He discussed with me the issue with AC unit and since it was 15 years old and stopped running, suggested on what would be a good replacement. Next day in the morning John purchased the AC unit and worked on installation until 2:00 am next day (for 12 + hours) to make sure it runs before he left and provided us a relief from heat.
