Leonard at the Kapiolani location in Honololo HI was awesome.
Fast and easy!! Paris showed me 3 different kind of storage units available, it didn’t take long to do the paper works and the price was decent enough for big space. Really, recommend it to anybody moving out or need space for more of there stuff.
I have been with this facility for a long time! I could be satisfied with just the air controlled units or how clean the facility is but the main reason is because of the staff and ownership! They have always made me feel comfortable even in a hard situation. Paris has definitely been amazing! Paris, in my opinion, goes above and beyond her duties to help customers. Paris has helped me without judgement or pressure! The whole staff does care for their customers as people not just a payment! So I say thank you Paris and staff... read more
