Very friendly and helpful employees
3 times they have blocked my access code and I can't get in for days at a time because the lady in the office is no where to be found. They never answer a phone either, just gives you the option of leaving a message to the manager.
Donna was great help in explaining the process and she provided excellent customer service.

I rented my storage unit went to mainland came back and had my unit robbed. Was informed by the cops doing my report this storage property doesn't have cameras on any floors only the exit. When I talked to the property staff she said there's nothing the company can do I had to contact the police and the insurance company.
