This company has fraudulent billing practices. They don't break down labor/parts in their estimates and will try and charge you 400% what they should!
This company cannot be trusted. One of their employees (Joshua Scott) sped past us, hit our van and took out the driver’s side view mirror. After we got the driver to pull over, he recognized fault right away and said his company’s insurance will pay for it. But after phoning his boss, all of a sudden he wasn’t sure any longer who was at fault. When we talked to Diller Mechanical Service directly, they were disrespectful towards us and seemed to encourage him to go with that lie. We truly hope they step up and take responsib... read more
