I rented a condo from Diller Fisher Realtors last week. After arriving I went to the office to voice my dismay about the condition of this property. It was filthy, moldy shower, bloody mattresses, broken furniture and broken tiles. The front door wasn’t secure when locking. Kim Leo sent cleaners by to try to rectify the issues but the property was in such disrepair it caused us to not use the second bath or bedroom. Only one TV was functional.
