I’ve been seeing Tricia since about 2012. I moved to Michigan and I still try to have her do my hair at least once a year when I trek back to Kentucky. She’s my go to stylist and is so extremely talented.
Melissa is an incredibly talented and professional hairdresser. I took my mom to see her for a consultation and color/highlights, and my mom was absolutely thrilled with the results, it was beautifully done! Melissa was so patient, took the time to fully understand what my mom wanted. She offered thoughtful, kind feedback, and still delivered exactly what we asked for. I would not go here even if it was the absolute last option of a salon to go to. The customer service is very bad and the receptionists are rude. We arrived to the salon and asked if they take walk ins. We were told we would be helped shortly with trista. We waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The receptionist never told us our appointment time.
