Called for an opening appointment. Had to wait over a week, but I used this company because the previous owner of my home used them. I took a day off work, and called at noon when they didn't show. "Oh, I'm sorry, we don't have a ticket for you. I'm so sorry, they are really busy." So now I'm looking for another company that can open my pool the week before Memorial day. Don't bother with these folks. Find a company that actually shows up when they say they will.
