I have been a patient for years and have had a great experience. Dr. Dillard is excellent, gentle, and recommends only needed treatments. His staff does a super job as well. I am anxious for them to be able to reopen. I have been trying to leave them a message, but the mailbox is full (June 4, 2020).
Dr. Dillard is a very nice person. He explains things carefully and seems to be very knowledgeable. His staff is horrible. I have a cracked molar that needs repair. The first office visit two months ago entailed X-rays which I had to pay for (due to insurance restrictions/time frame). Then we scheduled another visit two weeks later, which I thought was to repair the tooth but was just a consult and cleaning with another diagnostic x-ray.
