They’ve had our Cub Cadet since Dec 6th and have YET to communicate anything with us. We’ve called three to check on it and get updates, and were told a month ago “my guy is under it right now so once we know something we will let you know”… we know nothing. It is still under factory warranty and the issue they’re fixing is a known defect that cub cadet quickly authorizes repairs for, and yet even pulling teeth doesn’t get communication from these guys. I dropped my mower off for a diagnostic and the next time I was contacted I was told that I would have to pay a price for what was essentially unauthorized repairs. I never got a call or any communication about repairs until it had already been done. I was told that they had to keep fixing parts to identify what the next problem was. But nothing was ever authorized to be fixed. Overall 3.5 stars. The quality of work was good. Turn around time was good. But communication and transparency are lacking.
Great group of Guys @ Saw and Mower
Nice local shop. I went to another place who wouldn't work on my UTV, but Cub cadet said to go to them and they got it fixed with a fair price. Just dropped off two more lawn mowers.
