My husband brought in our Ryobi generator FIVE MONTHS AGO to replace the carburetor. We've heard NOTHING from these people for FIVE MONTHS. Whenever my husband calls them, they give him some lie about how "the part will be in next week," then when we call back it's "next month," then when we call back it's just "a few days." Then, we hear nothing from them and when my husband calls again, they start all over with, "it will be in next week..." They never communicate anything to us, when we call them, they lie to us about work... read more
