My husband brought in our Ryobi generator FIVE MONTHS AGO to replace the carburetor. We've heard NOTHING from these people for FIVE MONTHS. Whenever my husband calls them, they give him some lie about how "the part will be in next week," then when we call back it's "next month," then when we call back it's just "a few days." Then, we hear nothing from them and when my husband calls again, they start all over with, "it will be in next week..." The customer service is a 10 star rate the way their professional what they do is a 10 for me, specially, fixing the lawnmower giving great informational feedback 10 The knowledge 10 just all professional is just a 10 I recommend you come to this shop
Went to get a part. I guess I asked too many questions. Then stated I don’t know what work has been done. MAN I came in for an oil quick release valve and hose!!! What would that have to do with whatever work was done on it??? BTW maintenance plain regular maintenance! Yeah stay away from here!!!!
