Mr. Dill failed to mail the proper documentation to the heirs during probate. He failed to appear for the probate hearing. He charged approximately 3x more than the estimated attorney fees. Mr. Dills attitude, to say the least, was very unprofessional. He never provided me with any type of statement or bill for his services. A lien was filed against the estate before any communication of the final dues were made.
