My Dr. Forwarded my paperwork to schedule an exam 3 times. I had to call them to ask for an appointment. They told me I’d have to go back to my Dr. to send the paperwork. The staff hung up on me, then put me on hold until I couldn’t wait any longer when I called back. Very unprofessional.
Continue to be impressed and I don’t even live in MA anymore….. I have been a patient of Dr. DilipKumar Patel for 22 years. As a teen I started experiencing some digestive issues which escalated quickly. I have been a patient with Dr Patel for over 20 yrs. He is wonderful! Not only is he professional, he takes the time to calmly sit , go over everything with you ,and answer any questions. His bedside manner is just as wonderful. His head nurse is an angel and just as wonderful. I highly recommend.
