A good doctor
Dr Ghanekar has saved my father and mothers life. He is also doctor for everyone in my family and always demonstates excellence in his field as gastroenterologist. If you are concerned about anything associated with your esophagus, stomach and colon, Dr Ghanekar cares and will help you.
My husband had a procedure done in January.Fever, chills, sick, the whole 9 yards after. When he woke up from his procedure,he coughed up stomach bile and the nurse acknowledged it. When we called back, the doctor clearly had no idea what to do, so he prescribed him a Z Pack and told him he probably caught a cold from the time he was put out. ER visit and everything, his office claims no responsibility. Also, we've left 3 messages in the last 2 weeks for someone to call us back. Terrible ethics.
Wonderful doctor, he listens to you and cares. He also gives you excellent advice. He is very sincere.
I would highly recommend Dr.Ghanekar, he is kind and he actually cares about you. He will definitely find ot what is wrong with you. He doesnt rush you, he answers your questions,as well as explaining things to you. As for the office staff they do their best at getting you in they are all courteous and helpful,
I've been a patient of Dr. Ghanekar's for 15 years. I'm very satisfied with the quality of his work as a clinician, he really is an expert. He diagnosed lymphatic colitis for me (and made it better) after 10 years with 2 other gastroenterologists both misdiagnosed it.
Can't really comment on Dr. Ghanekar, I was not allowed to see him do to a front office that cares more about emails and referrals than the welfare of his patients. I was called 4 times to make sure I was there at 7:45 a.m.. When I arrived at 7:45 I was told He could not see because of a referral slip from my primary Dr. I drove directly to my primary and was told they email was sent 2 days prior. I was treated like a # not a sick patient. I could never recommend his office!! Very SAD indeed!
Very caring physician. Actually listened to me and answered questions.
Look for another doctor. Office is awful.
