I arranged for this guy to do a job today and he didn't show up. So unprofessional. I asked him when he was available, and he seemed fairly flexible. I asked if he could do today, and he said yes, and that he would give me a call half-an-hour before coming. I never heard from him and it's now 6:30pm. Now it's EOD and it's too late for me to call someone else, pushing this job back yet another day. Thanks for wasting my time.

We could not have asked for better in having Ron and Arya undertake our roof repairs. They did a fantastic job, delivered everything they promised. They were courteous, respectful of our property and worked around our requirements. We will have no hesitation in using them for future repairs. We highly recommend them.
I can't recommend Ron and his team enough for home repairs and renovations. They're courteous, diligent, and very transparent about their work and their fair prices. They've been working consistently on our roof restoration, gutter replacement, downpipe installation, and painting for the last couple months (it's a relatively large roof), checking with us for leaks throughout the whole process. My experience with Ron and his crew(family) that is "Diligent Home Maintenance" has been FANTASTIC, they made me feel like I was important and part of their family, their work is top notch. As a single female it has been so important to be treated with respect when I was obviously out of my comfort zone. I have more work still to be done and would not consider any other than Diligent Home Maintenance" as the saying goes " when you are on a good thing stick to it" and they are good.
